Café Unity is a local community café in Heald Green with free WiFi.  With a range of coffees and teas, light meals (sandwiches, toasties, soup and salad bowls) and cakes, it offers a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of daily living.  Café Unity caters for people of every age from babes in arms to the 90 plus young at heart.

Café Unity is usually open six days a week as follows, last orders 15 minutes before closing:

Monday to Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 9am-2pm:

In early January 2025, Sarah and some of the cafe customers were interviewed for Sky News who were reporting on the Warm Spaces initiative during a particularly cold snap:

Wherever possible our supplies bear the Fair Trade logo. Café Unity was the first café in Stockport to be awarded a Fair Trade Certificate by Stockport MBC.  All our take out cups, lids and straws are 100% compostable.  We are on the Refill App and we will happily refill water bottles free of charge.
